“As a non-profit labor management trust dedicated to the on-going education and training of all Boilermakers, MOST (Mobilization, Optimization, Stabilization & Training) communicates with Boilermakers, contractors, owners and the industry through a number of outlets” (www.mostprograms.com).  MOST has had a big impact on Boilermaker jobsites by reducing job injuries, reducing lost time, improving productivity and industry relationships.

MOST has also developed the The MOST Boilermaker Delivery System (www.most-bds.org).  The MBDS is a unification system that allows Locals and Contractors to dispatch boilermakers to various jobs and members to access the nation’s traveler’s pool.

The Joint Referral Rules will be in effect on January 1, 2016 with the MBDS to ensure proper qualifications and guidelines.  CLICK HERE to download the new rules.
