Military Photos Needed
From the International:
North America's Building Trades Unions will hold a Veteran's Day observance and kick off its annual Toys for Tots drive on November 10 at AFL-CIO headquarters. As part of the ceremony, a slideshow will display photos of construction members who are veterans of the US Armed Services and those currently serving on active duty, in their military uniforms.
If any member, current or retired, would like to have their military photo included in the slideshow, please send the image to Mike Linderer, Director - Communications Dept., no later than November 1.
Images may be either in digital file format or a photographic print (not a photocopy). Prints will be scanned into digital format and returned to the owner. Please include name, lodge number and branch of service.
Digtial images should be sent to mlinderer@boilermakers.org. If mailing a photo print, send to: Mike Linderer, D-CD, International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, 753 State Ave., Suite 570, Kansas City, KS 66101.
