All sealed bids must be submitted to Local 83, either in person or by mail, by Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at 12:00pm noon.  *Any bid that is lower than the minimum amount will be disqualified.

The bids will be opended and reviewed at the Executive Board Meeting on Friday, March 13, 2015.  The winner will then be notified.  Any tie-breaker will be decided by the earliest postmark date.
