Weld Testing at the Hall - January 25-27
Boilermakers Local 83 will have a weld testing session January 25th through January 27th, and possibly the 28th if participation is high.
We will test heavy wall tube in 6G position, 3 position plate for SMAW and FCAW dual shield. We may also do stainless steel heavy wall tube, as we received good results on the hexavalent chrome level study. Anyone wanting to do stainless MUST HAVE TUBE CERTS AND KNOW HOW TO SET UP A STAINLESS TEST.
Local 83 members will have priority to sign up. Boomers will be allowed to sign up if time and space permits. All testers must sign a waiver.
