Receive MOST Drug Test Form by Email
MOST now has the capability to schedule a drug screen for participants online. An email of the ePassport (barcode that is an individualized number), along with the address and directions to the collection facility, will be sent to the participant. The barcode is scanned by the specific collection facility to bring up the participant's electronic chain of custody form. The participant may print the email or show the collection facility the barcode from a phone. Each participant will still have 30 days to get the test taken before their appointment expires at the collection facility.
